debt issue

Options
So I owe 4 companies money:

get paid about 1500 post tax/m

I owe:

3 short term lenders/loansharks :(
£400 (beginning of Jul)
£500 (Beginning of Jul)
£750 (due end of July)

Monthly loan: £200

My credit score is probably in minus numbers if they have that. So can't get a loan easily, definately not from my bank as I missed several loan payments before this one.

What do you helpful folks reckon I should do?

You have sufficient monthly income to meet your expenses and your minimum monthly debt repayments with £319 left over.

NB this doesn't take into account the PDLs mentioned earlier
NB2 - essential bill sincluded in the value given for rent.
