Andrex Puppy points - can you read the codes ???

When ordering my Home Delivery shop last week, I took advantage of a promotion whereby you bought two packs of Andrex Touch of Luxury Shea Butter and got an extra 300 clubcard points when you registered on the andrex puppy points website.
So I have done this today and I am not sure if I have to enter the puppy point codes or not but to err on the side of caution, have done so except one of the codes I can't read. Its an 11 character code and I can only read 8 of the characters....
I'm not overly fussed like that and have e-mailed Andrex (as they suggest) but wondered whether it is just my eyesite or a flaw in their promotion/packaging.

My last pack (just basic andrex) had a hard to read code as well - will have to guess I think for a couple of them. Much less clear than previous ones.0

Not sure if I am reading this correct but are there extra tesco clubcard points available when registering for puppy points? If so please will you tell me how i can obtain these.
Many Thanks0 -
What do you get with the points? I have a pack with no code, the back of the panel is blank, is it worth the hassle of contacting them?0

It's ok, I've found the rewards0

i got 2 codes last wk.
one of them i managed to read, but te other one i could only read 9 of the digits.
the 10th digit was ony 3 dots, so you can't tell what it could be.
the 11th digit was not printed at all!
i've kept the cut out codes, so i can prove it.
what should i do?
anyone had some kind of result?0 -
No disrespect but it could well be your eyes, my 24 year old daughter found it much easier to read the codes inside the extra tooth fairy codes than I did, lol!"Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138
