Thank you all I have been getting so worried but I suppose that I have to just wait now until a dca contact me. Does anyone have any idea how long this will be HSBC have told me that it is going to passed over to them as payments are not being kept as well as terms and conditons ie not going overdrawn etc.
Thanks for all your help guys and girls

choclover,
thanks for the post sorry could you clarify one thing for me,
My husband and I both have individual accounts and one joint account my account and the joint account are always in a mess but he is a bit of a saver and his account doesnt look that bad.
Would they close his sole account? or just remove his cc and solo card?
sorry just a bit confused.0 -

hmm, i'm not sure on this one. They could revoke his cc and offset the overdraft of the joint account with his savings, but don't take my word for it. Hopefully another poster will be able to help you on this one.

thanks for the reply anyway, as said in other posts me and my husband tend to keep our debts and money separate mainly because we both had debts for our own things when we met and I dont think that it is very fair if he inherits my debt if that makes sense.
Thanks for all your help
