Where to buy glass pebble decorations from?

Hi,

I want to buy some glass pebbles to put at the bottom of some vases like this:

Does anyone know where on the high street I can get them from? I tried Wilkinson and Dunelm Mill but couldn't find them.

I'd prefer orange as these match my artificial flowers but will consider clear if that's cheaper as I need a lot.

My mum gets most of her craft supplies from Hobbycraft (online or in one of their stores). There is a 'store-finder' on the site, so you might be able to find an outlet close to where you are. Or, as an alternative, try here: http://www.hobbies-plus.co.uk/acatalog/The_Craft_Factory.html (search for 'glass beans' or 'glass beads')

Either that, or a local independent craft shop. My local one, Creative Crafts in Winchester, has plastic drawers of things like fancy buttons, glass beans, from which you can select on a "pick'n'mix" basis. It's definitely craft shops or larger garden centres that you need to be looking for though.

I saw some in 99p store a couple of months back oragne, pink , blue and green i think maybe clear as well try the cheap places u might get lucky.

If you live near a beach you can pick up green polished glass straight for there and use that as pebbles
