I did my order to arrive monday over a week ago so today have gone on to add more items that I forgot. Only to find that some of the offers that I wanted have now disappeared. The items are still in my basket and the offers weren't meant to finish until 24/12 yet there is now no signs of the offers. Infact doing a search for the specfic items and they no longer appear on the shelves.

Unfortuntely tesco no longer seem to send me a confirmation when I order only when I update and even the updates don't tell you the offers.

I don't know if tesco will still give me the offers or they will charge me full price for the items that were on offer. I don't know what to do as I have nothing to prove they were on offer when I ordered.

I went into my local Tesco yesterday to buy something that I checked was on offer in store a few days before...the offer was due to finish on 24th, but they have ended it early.

the thing is I have not been emailed or notified that the offer had ended early. I made my order when the offer was on.

It may simply be that the offers are not showing in you 'Basket' ... They are normally taken off at the time of delivery ... you could call them and ask if they can confirm the offers ... if you can remember them all ...

I had an order yesterday and paid full price for a little bag of casserole vegetables that I only bought as they were half price, I went back to see if I had missed the offer closing date but there was no sign of it. I ordered tuesday for a thursday delivery so its not like there was a long time between. and the freebies had gone as well- mind you I still got the £1.88 off for squashums.

the offer isn't showing in my basket or on the website anymore. Its like the offers have disappeared. I received a tesco leaflet this morning with the free paper and one of the offer that has disappeared is on that. I even tried to check with an order that would go to a different address (ie. would come from a different store completely) and the offers weren't there for that either.

I know if an offer finishes before you delivery date when you go to checkout it tells you and asks if you wish to continue but I made sure these offers finished after my delivery.
