Hi Serendipity
Your pasta with Brie & cherry tomatoes sounds yummy. How do you do it?Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0 -
Hey CH27!
This feeds 4 or 3 hungry people...
Brie (One of the normal size wedges, I think they're about 250g or around) - rind cut off and the rest cubed
2 crushed garlic cloves
6 tbsp Olive Oil
A Sml Tub Cherry Toms (Again I think about 250g)
A Handful chopped basil
Juice of about a 1/4 of a lemon and the grated zest of a half
400g pasta (I usually use fettuccine but I guess spaghetti or any pasta tastes the same really!)
Mix all the ingredients (apart from the pasta) together, leave it for about 10 mins so the flavours mix together
Cook the pasta and then drain
Mix it all together!!
The brie goes all nice and gooey!
Sometimes I will roast the tomatoes in the oven for a while before mixing with the rest of the ingredients just with a little bit of oil and some salt & pepper. My Debts:
