me again,
so i'm with payplan, paying token payments of £1 to creditors. one of them i am unable to pay as i have a loan with them that hasn't started yet.
this is with barclays. it is a business loan of £16000. i need to make three payments starting in march of £333 each before payplan can help.
i had a statement through from barclays saying i have been charged for returned direct debits. - i am currently awaiting my cheque from hsbc regarding fees -. the charges amount to £205 for a few days. this will be taken out on december 28th!
my dilema is, if i ask for these charges back like i have for hsbc they will close the account and demand the £16000 back!! this WILL be devistating for me. however, i dont want the bloody charges to be taken out on the 28th. i know my business manager that manages the account but he seems powerless to help me.
what do i do, get the charges and risk having the account closed and money demanded from me or do it and hope the account stays open....
i can't figure this out on my own.
mike.
