Before the hypocrites jump on me for not sympathising with the relatives of British war dead, I believe all human life that dies before its time is a tragedy. Lets us think about the 100`s of thousands of dead Iraqi children whose only crime was to be borne on a land rich in oil, ruled by a dictator who was once loved by the West before they fell out with him.
RIP to all.
Each to their own, maybe they have a Crown carvery nearby? why not pop over and see what you can do to help? meanwhile......0 -
funny guy - on a serious note - dont forget that lots of TA members have served on the front line with regular troops and they are not just in it for fun - so i'm guessing yes, they'd be included in the offer.0

maybe they are picky eaters, like the Irish in the potato famineFreedom is the freedom to say that 2+2 = 4 (George Orwell, 1984).

Enforce that sterotype eh :beer:0 -
The carvery is only £3.69 at our local Crown Carvery anyway so we're regulars.0

Alright not all students are like that, but the vast majority of the ones I have had to spend the last year with are.
So not so much enforcing a stereotype, but speaking from experience.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

The vast majority of civilians are being killed by terrorists but you wouldn't dare confront the ideology that makes ppl blow up rival Mosques/markets/Churches would you? Hypocrites like you draw up a completely different set of standards for us than for everyone else. How can we ever please you?
There isn't one "nice" or "democratic government" in the Middle-East. I'd have hoped that you would like to see a democratic peaceful government for everyone but you think that if you bury your head in the sand, the problems will go away. Maybe you think you can buy them off with foreign aid. How's that plan to buy friends working out?
The only place I see their oil money going is to traitors like George Galloway and buying up your country so that they can extend their filthy dictatorship over the West. Maybe you could ask those corrupt leaders to give it to their ppl instead, but no... it has to come from our pocket like everything else, doesn't it?
Why do freebies bring out the worst in some ppl? I guess our soldiers receiving anything other than a bullet must really get under the skin of ppl like you but don't try to hijack Armed Forces Day by harassing those fighting for your right to say such garbage.0 -
