years ago when I had mortgages going to a broker was quite useful, particularly in pre internet days.
However for straightforward applications are there any advantages nowadays? My daughter and partner who will be first time buyers have no debts, good credit records, earn about £60000 between them and will have a 20-25% deposit. Citywire have just published an article about brokers. thanks
