Compelling evidence of further house price falls

    Apologies to those who don't recognise much of this discussion but GHPC was a website which died a couple of years ago and where Gneer and I were contributers. Occasionally some of the posters in CreditCrunch claim that someone else said something on GHPC and until recently it was impossible to prove otherwise. Fortunately one of the geeks who now inhabits CreditCrunch has resurrected the search facility.
