Any idea of the diameter of the pole please? as already have a spike in the ground.

I bought one of these today. The pole diam is about 32mm.

However just to warn you the lines seem very close together so I doubt you could use them all at the same time and the outer lines are not long enough for a double sheet. In fact I think I will bring mine back.
