Applied online but "Application Referred"
Well, applied for my loan this evening but the automated system said my application had been "Referred" and I had to phone a customer service rep tommorrow to discuss the matter.
What does "Referred" mean?. Im pretty sure I meet the criterias needed here, so cant figure out the problem?

My guess is it has been referred to an underwriter for a particular reason, whatever that be0
