Is anybody going to start a 'Results of the Ultralift challenge' thread? You can be sure that Garnier/L'Oreal will only use this mega marketing campaign as a way of being able to state in their ads that however many percent of THOUSANDS said yay, but I notice that some people here are having trouble with breakouts, which they probably won't reveal.
I saw my friend last night after she'd been doing this challenge for a week. Did she look any different? Well yes. She looked very waxy to me, like something was sitting on the surface of her skin. I guess that's what they mean by a temporary effect and I have to say I prefer her the way I've always known her, pre-wrinkle reader!
Is this the way women want to look, really? Waxy till we wash...
I think I'm going to send off for it and use it to one half of my face - that way there's a direct comparison, wax on - wax off :rotfl:0 -
I am the biggest cynic going about these things - believe me!
BUT last night (with just one sachet to go) I had a night out with the girls and one of them said, 'you look different; round your eyes...what is it?' I said, 'for the better?' she said, 'absolutely, you look really bright eyed and fresh, you look great'!!!
Now call it coincidence or not, but I've bought things in the past with no comments whatsoever.... I was on cloud nine! I'm off to buy a pot and my friend wants one too!!:rotfl:0 -
Nachi Im nearly at the end of my trial - guess what - the usual NO difference.. I also got sent a 80 quid fully size bottle from Estee Lauder to trial recently of their illuinating skin finisher or something.. the one they are claiming to be effective on tv when it again was nice , smelt nice and moisturised but didnt do what the tin claimed lmao They NEVER do.. Boots v expensive protect and perfect are also tops at this. I think its the placebo effect. you tell ppl what it does and they think it does it lolWhat Would Bill Buchanan Do?0

Exept in my case, it did return my skin to its teenage state; so covered in zits that you wouldn't notice the wrinkles!
Back to normal thank God, although it took over a week for it to clear up!Noli nothis permittere te terere
