printing money out of nothing

HI all
has anybody read up on the fiat currecy system which apparently allows private central banks (like the Bank of England and the Fedral reserve) to lend and create Money out of nothing.
i was sent an email from a close friend who had watched a documentary on google vid (Link Below) called The Monopoly Men it is very interesting, according to it we are all being defrauded and scamed by an illegal banking system backed by Government. Check it out
