New Dove Beauty Finish deodorant roll on 55p or possibly 5p @ Tesco with voucher

got two of the spray deodorants using the £1 off vouchers from Mr T's (walsgrave Coventry). Had 2 vouchers and used self serve. They are £2.09 and BOGOF at the mo. Had to call an assistant to authorise vouchers but she let me use both and didn't even check that I had 2 ( I did tho'). So 2x new Dove deodorant for 9p!

Just a word of warning. I was close to superdrug this am and went in to buy this £1.50 a bottle. Went to use one voucher with one bottle and SA called the manager who wouldn't accept it as it was a photocopy! I said it was an online coupon and I had printed it out (it says on it that it is a personalised online voucher). He helpfully told me I would have to take it up with Dove. I said "Take up what exactly with Dove?" He says the fact it is a photocopy and T&Cs say can't accept photocopy. He effectively called me a liar as I had told him it was printed off, not a photocopy. Told him they would lose sales and that he demonstrated poor customer service. Glad I didn't use it as did the Mr T thing later.

Hmmm....I tried this again last night with a different email addy after the last failed attempt I posted about and got 2 print outs of 3 bottles but there is no barcode on either, what should the voucher look like as I am guessing these also won't ber accepted:(

I have no idea what is going wrong for you, but my coupons have three bottles on and next to that on the right hand side are 2 barcodes.
Underneath are T&Cs and it tells you who the personalised internet coupon is for.

Thanks for your reply bexter and for describing what should appear on the coupon. I just have the 3 bottles and a description of Dove benefits, but no barcode. I did originally fill in the feedback form when I first had problems but not had a response yet.. I will look for a number to contact them and see if they can do anything before the bogof ends.

just been in my local tesco and the voucher wouldnt scan in?? sa said it had to have the verify logo on so i ended up having to buy 2 im really gutted as thought it would be a cheapy for my hols saying that buy one get one free is ok i suppose

What is a verify logo? Never heard of it? I scanned the bar codes at SS checkout and sales assistant had to come and authorise the coupons. She put them into the SS coupon in slot and didn't even look at them!
No clue what that logo thing is.

had other vouchers with the verify logo on and theese were ok but the dove ones dont have it for some reason just been to cus services and they agreed with the sa so they gave me my cash back so im going to go through ss till to see if that works!!!!

Ah, have also seen these before, but not on all coupons I have ever used. Mr T's staff can be very random in their policies. Good luck at SS.:D

went through ss no bother so going back with some more tonight as been to father in laws and used his details for a couple more vouchers

I think we should ALL just use vouchers with INDIVIDUAL barcodes please now that we are AWARE that if not they don't get the money back for the coupons and yes will possibly affect future coupon acceptance for us all

Lets keep it going for everyone as its easy enough to register other people / e-mail addys for further vouchers so no skin of anyones nose for doing it this way :-) xx
