Tesco customer service turnaround

Hi all,
Am having a massive argument with Tesco about them overcharging me for my shopping delivery.
I'm at the stage now where I have had to Email scans of the delivery documents with the prices on to their customer service inbox as thet customer service phone operators cant see these documents grr!
I thought I would receive an auto response saying "thank you for your Email blah blah blah" and telling me the time frame they would respond in but I haven't. I just want the flipping thing sorted out. there are bags of shopping sitting by my front door that are going back if they don't sort it out!
Anyone know if they have a page that states their customer service standard (I know, funny aint it) and says how many days they have to reply in?
