With the refills you get 1 litre for £1.90 = £1.90 per litre

With the ordinary bottles you get 600ml for £1.00 = £1.67 per litre

So, better value the refills are not.

Sorry, I should have taken the time to read the posts correctly and not post in haste.

I was going on the previous offer which had expired 07/06
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3265708

and then the price went up to £1.90 bogof for the 300ml and 500ml ( or so I thought I saw on website and store).
edit : I wasn't seeing things , AdamHodg posted above that the price did go up temporarily.

I will be taking back refills and purchasing 300ml.
I was too focused on the clothes shopping that day.

Thanks, I've never done DTD before (yeah I know, where have I been? lol) So the sales sticker says £1 but charges £1.90? Do you then get a voucher or cash back? I bought 8 @ £1 bogof on the last leal (ending 7/6) so will see what these go through as.

Take your pick as to how they give you DTD. I've paid by card but been refunded by cash. Paid by card and refunded onto the card. And I think some people may have had refunds onto gift cards but that may have been refunds from the Asda DTD days.

These bottles of handwash are no longer showing as BOGOF at Tesco online. Nor are the bottles of shower gel.

This BOGOF deal was supposed to be on until July 7, so it would be interesting to know if they are still going through as BOGOF in store.

I bought 2 of the handwashes and they went through @ £1 bogof, so no DTD on this one, must have fixed it. I now have 10 Radox handwashes from this bogof deal lol....as well as 3 Doves and 3 BS coconut handwashes bought ages ago, just after they discontinued them:(....and I'm currently using a BS cranberry soap lo!!

What are they playing at ? They either

    a) can't make their mind up
    b) have work experience staff entering prices
    c) deliberately misleading us - i.e you plan your shopping list from the website , but don't check store price or receipt.

  • A lot of it is down to the new promotions system that was installed recently causing some issues however the new promotion period starts next week so hopefully there will be a lot fewer price and promo errors!
