just saw this magazine for £3.60 with a free eyeshadow, in Gun Metal or an mineral eyeliner in Graphite by a brand called Inika.

whats this brand like?

    I've got an eyeshadow by them and it's very nice.
    It's mineral and loose powder and I think it's expensive.
