Cliffs:
• Bailiffs contacted me regarding an unpaid Magistrates fine (undated letter)
• Threatened to come to my property despite giving a 7 day notice.
• No money in the bank, took out a loan from Wonga
• Paid Philips over the phone for £190 on 24/5
• Payday on 26/5, realise I am £190 short - not enough money in the bank to repay Wonga (this is after banks closing)
• Philips have made an un-authorised duplicate transaction, on the 25/5; which has put me in un-authorised overdraft +fees.
• Had to borrow money from friend to pay back even more to Wonga.
Philips promised me the situation would have been resolved on Monday 6th June. However I still see no signs of the money in the account. After callign them again today, the lady on the end of the line referred me to " SagePay" - the people who deal with their transactions.
I sent them an email stating I want my money back and the reimbursement of all fees incurred.
I feel this will be to no avail. What Action can I take against them and be successful in doing so? surely I am in the right?
