Do you advise them to spend before it is to late

We aren't allowed to discuss Nectar point balances unless the customer brings the subject up.

What is the iTunes Voucher Exchange?

Unfortunately it's finished. Basically you could exchange £12.50 vouchers for a £25 iTunes voucher.

Better in my pocket than his :j
  • Hi I am new to this, although I regularly visit the site.

I just wanted to warn people than it can cost more if you go through Nectar first. I was buying a magazine subscription through the National Magazine Company and straight from their website it was going to cost £27.20 for Good Housekeeping, then I saw from the toolbar that I could collect nectar points, so went through the process again. The page looked identical so I just went through and paid. When I saw the receipt it had cost me £31.49!

I complained three times to Nectar explaining that I wouldn't expect to pay more for the products if I collected points and to put it bluntly they couldn't care less.

I would have posted this as a new thread but I don't know how to. (Brain not working), but a cautionary tale seemed to cover it.

I am still waiting for all of the points to show up too.
