Travel Channel Competition Rules

• By taking part in this Travel Channel Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid entries to be in the English language.
• Unless the Competition or Giveaway details clearly state otherwise, only one entry per named individual is permitted; Where an entry is made by email or on this Site, a valid email address must be provided, and only one entry (and one named entrant) per email address is permitted. Where a breach of this requirement occurs, only the first valid entry received by Travel Channel will be considered, and all others deemed invalid.
• Unless the Competition or Giveaway details clearly state otherwise, the winner of a Competition is the first valid entry drawn at random which has answered the Competition question correctly, and the winner of a Giveaway is the first valid entry drawn at random. Subsequent or runners-up prizes are awarded to the second valid entry drawn as above, and so on as appropriate.
• The judges' decision shall be final in all matters relating to the Competition or Giveaway.
• No employee of Travel Channel, the prize provider or their families shall be eligible to enter.
• Unless the Competition or Giveaway details clearly state otherwise, there is no cash alternative to any prize.
• In the event a prizewinner is unable to take up a prize, 'Travel Channel' reserves the right to award the prize instead to the runner-up.
• Winners acknowledge that prizes are normally supplied by third party companies, and that ‘Travel Channel’ has no responsibility for the same. Winners may be required to sign and abide by the relevant prize provider’s terms & conditions and/or booking conditions in order to take up a prize.
• Holiday or travel prizes must be taken on, by or between any date(s) specified; All bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability. Holiday prizes may not be all-inclusive.
• Travel Channel accepts no responsibility for lost, illegible or unidentified entries; Proof of sending/transmission is not proof of delivery.
• Winners agree to their names being published/publicised on this Site and in other media, and may be asked to be involved in other publicity.
