Tesco price checker got it wrong...

Not sure if this is the correct place to put this post... I put my receipt into the price checker last night, checking first that the Birds Eye Rice Fusions were £1.00 on the Asda website and £1.89 on the Tesco receipt.
Just got the results back from the Tesco Pricecheck and it says there was no product to compare against... How can that be? They were definitely on sale yesterday - surely I should get a voucher for 89p?
Apologies, I don't really know how it works.

I have mailed them back, but I'm not sure I'll get a response from it. If I do, I'll let you know what they say.0

Good luck with your email.
2 weeks ago a particular bottle of wine was £9.99 in Tesco and £4.06 in Asda. Price check gave the difference of £5.93 and all was good. One day the wine came up as N/A even though it is still found on both websites at the same prices as before. So they could find it one day and not the next - ball orcs! Tesco change the rules to suit themselves as and when they like. I don't trust them, they are too expensive and I only shop there when I am spending a voucher.
It's only a game
