Been to the wholesalers and couldn't resist the huge bag of garlic for 3 quid.
Hence anyone got a nice recipe for garlic pickle?

I don't have a recipe for garlic pickle, but you know it freezes really well. Just crush, peel and whizz up in FP. Put some in a glass jar in fridge covered with a drizzle of oil. It will easily keep for a few weeks and so easy to use. Put the rest in ice cube trays and freeze.
