I love this recipe - really cheap and so yummy - BUT dd and one of her friends have soaked the relevant page of the book in golden syrup so the recipe is now illegible..... Grrrr
Rather than buy a new book, would someone please post the recipe, or at least the ingredients as I think I can remember what to do with it.
Many thanks!

Is it in Fay's Family Food? Sticky Ginger Chicken?
If so it's 3 globes stem ginger, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves, 2 limes (zest of 2 limes & juice of 1 lime) and 6 skinned chicken thighs..0 -
mmmm that sounds good - fairly sure I can improvise a recipe from that - and I have some stem ginger lurking on my dregs of things to use upPeople seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.
