Alba Freeview remote ???

Hi
Can any one tell me where i can get a Alba freeview remote model STB1XI from.
My two year old broke mine and then decided to hide it in the toilet:mad: and now keeps moaning because he wants to watch Big cook Little cook.:rolleyes:
Only paid £29 for it so i don't want to pay loads for a remote he might get his hands on again.

Why not try emailing Alba, tell them what a great product it is, how you are really upset that you can't use it to its best ability and see if they come up with the goods for you

I have a Sagem and couldn't get one channel when TUTV came in so emailed them and they sent a replacement freeview box and picked up the old one as was suggested by a user on MSE

You could try C P C, HERE they are based in Preston but have a postal service, maybe worth a phone call, don`t use their 0870 number, use this one to same place 01772 654455.
Would one of the universal ones work from most electrical outlets?

I have a PACE remote if anyone wants it. Had to throw away box as it went faulty!
