Breast augmentation.

Options
I would like my breasts augmented due to the fact they are a very odd shape. They are very much like moobs, very wide rather than round, starting from under my armpit (I get fat spilling out from the sides of my bra) I have never been able to have a cleavage as they seem to so far apart.

My nipples are also really really huge, coupled with small but wide boobies they just look strange.

Size wise I have been told I am a 34AA

I have approached my GP who told me to stop reading papers about girls getting free boob jobs and to basically jog the F on... he didnt even look at them.

I went to transform about 6 years ago who tole me I need it under the muscle as the shape of my breast would just drag the implant to the side rather than stay in front and would need a different shape implant than the standard, money I just dont have.

Has anyone managed to find a sympathetic GP?

Yes they are but I am not depressed more embarrassed about them which probably means I stand zero chance but worth a shot.

Unless its for health reasons ie reduction to reduce back pain or post cancer reconstruction I would think no gp would refer you. As to being embarrassed by your breasts watch a programme like embarrassing bodies to see womens breasts naturally come in more shapes and sizes than most media would have you believe. Enjoy your body with its quirks as it is healthy and that is more than many people can say. Here's some photos from the series http://www.channel4embarrassingillnesses.com/galleries/breast-gallery/

As a bra fitter I see lots of women with all different shapes and sizes. PJ, you would be doing yourself a huge favour if you can go and get a proper bra fitting (if you are local to Herts you can come to me), I know lots of ladies who come to me wearing a 34A because the size 'just fits' and they are a totally different size, by wearing the wrong size bra the breast tissue spreads out and will be made worse under your armpit. Part of the bra fitting is to explain that you need to pull the tissue from under your arm pit and sit it in the cup - it is all breast tissue - and if the cup is not the right size to hold it all in then it'll just go back to where it was.

While you'll never get rid of all of it (I have it, as have lots of other ladies I fit and over the the bra fitting thread others have asked about it too) you can get a good fitted bra that will cup your tissue and you'll not be aware of it, beleive it or not, it'll even give you a bigger cup sizes if you wear the right fitting bra.

You'll never going to wear a Liz Hurley dress but you can make the most of the figure that you have. I am assuming that you are young, as a younger woman I found it very hard to deal with but bras are not what they are today and I wear bras and clothing that suits my shape.

Transform would tell you anything to get 5k out of you, honestly!!

If you PM me I can help by telling you whether you are in the right fitting bra for a start. Measure around your ribcage, under your boobs against your ribs (not inclusing breast tissue) taking care not to let the tape ride up your back - it needs to run in a straight line around, pull the tape quite snug for fitting and tell me this measurement in inches and I can start by checking this for you.

Thanks for the link, image 11 but move them around to under my arm pit and you have my boobs.

My measurements are 32 under and 33 around the breast

PJ, try and 32C and look for a side support bra - you will have to pay more for a decent fitting bra - but these have an extra wing and bring everything from the side forward and you must wear a balcony or half cup (foam padded) bra too because of your shape. If you wear a plunge bra and your boobs are like no11 then they'll just roll into a sausage shape. The other thing is that once everything has lost it's elasticity it is deceptive as to what size you actually are as once everything is lifted and put back in the bra you'll be bigger around than measuring with a tape.

I would find somewhere online offering free postage and returns and see if you can order past season because they are cheaper but you'll still get good quality bras. Cheap bras from places like Primark will not give you the support you need as the material will roll and stretch. I'd also look at bras with a foam cup as they will shape you out some more. Please do ask again if I can help.
  • Save up and pay for it
Every 'vanity' boob job on the NHS takes one away from ladies who have had mastectomies / wle's / deformities / etc

Are you serious? I'm sure you're aware that hair is natural and that saying "ew" is pretty rude?
