Hi!
have just taken delivery of some wine i ordered, and have been overcharged by about £35!!!!!!! . before i take it up with customer services, can anyone tell me, should i be looking for a full refund, or just a refund of the difference to what it should be? not sure with home delivery. The mistake was tesco's who lost my original order, but promised to honour the 25% discount if i ordered by last friday, which i did do. there was also a £15 code involved (:D ) which they said they would honour, which they also have not done, despite me emailing them with both order numbers.
many thanks for your help with this anyone!

HI I had similar situation last week with two orders that got lost in the "system crash". After redelivery this week, I was overcharged on both and no points for the codes I used. When I asked CS re this last week they told me to ring this week after new orders/replacement orders had arrived. When I rang on tuesday a memo had gone to customer service that morning saying that all affected orders were going to be centrally refunded by tesco admin office. Ring CS and see if you get same response. Apparently admin office are meant to email customer with notification of amount of refund/allocation of points etc. Good luck:A NI FEIDIR ACH LE DIA BREITHIUNAS A DHEANAMH ORM0

I also had a call from them last week, they were well and truly confused!! They said I had to re-order by Dec 8th and would be able to still get the 25% discount plus the other code I had used for more money off AND as a goodwill gesture they offered an additional £10 off because of all the problems they were having and this messing about. The thing is, my order wasn't due till this week, she was looking at someone else's details!! So never got the additional £10 off, boohoo. But did get a cracking deal on the champers, it turned up when it was supposed to and the deal turned out to be even better than I thought, as the bottles came in giftboxes, which is ideal as they are for pressies
. Well, most of them
