Has anyone had any problems with Provident statements with incorrect amounts allocated and missing payment book which was sent to be audited and not returned.

Lots of stories on here I've read about Provident loans, their collectors and "irregularities"
Some of the "collectors" have even been accused of theft (no idea, what I've read)
