Provident Loans

Has anyone had any problems with Provident statements with incorrect amounts allocated and missing payment book which was sent to be audited and not returned.

Lots of stories on here I've read about Provident loans, their collectors and "irregularities"

Some of the "collectors" have even been accused of theft (no idea, what I've read)

I would call the company themselves and get to the bottom of it.

The you need some advice from someone in the know about Provident, how their system works and what the real deal is....
