I've experienced problems with their website this evening on submission (a dress that had disappeared in my size 3 weeks ago, had reappeared reduced from £65 to £19.50 and then a further 10% using their recognition card and only one in my size!).

I had to phone their customer service and the very kind man at the other end put the order through for me over the phone. Still got a confirmation e-mail.

I wouldnt be too happy until the item is dispatched, I was waiting a week for a pair of Warehouse branded trousers that were in the sale for £5, last pair and in my size. They never arrived so asked where they were, and they had cancelled it, but not bothered telling me! Hopefully your item will come though

Hmmm...I bought some items from the sale at HOF 2 weeks ago and they are still in the sale, but more expensive...

I know! HoF have done that to me also. So i won't count my Dickins and Jones dress until it's arrived at the store.

I've tried ordering a few items both in and out of the sale but am not getting a 10% additional discount for using my Recognition Card. The small print says that not all products get the discount but NONE of mine are. I even added the dress mentioned above but that shows no additional discount. :mad:Have people had success on using the card and getting a discount? Or do I have a card that not's working properly with HofF's computer system?

I had huge problems with an online order at House of Fraser a while ago,I ended up having to go in to the store to try and sort it out in sheer desperation and one of the store assistants called the customer services on my behalf ,holding the receiver 45 mins until someone picked the phone up.She told me that the online ordering was having teething probs but I decided never to risk it again!:(

It arrived at my local store and I picked it up at lunchtime, so it worked okay this time.
