Hi there great find but, have never done a subscription before. When do they take the direct debit out does anyone know? would have preferred a one off payment as memory is really bad at this sort of thing! TIA x

From the email I received. Hope this helps :)
We have processed your Direct Debit details and your first payment is due on 24.06.2011. Please check all the details listed below to ensure there are no errors.

All payment/s of £19.99 to be taken every 6 Months
Please note that the day of the month each payment is taken on may vary slightly. Also please be aware that the payments will appear on your bank statement as Future Publishing.
Selecting to pay by Direct Debit means your subscription will continue uninterrupted until you tell us otherwise − this means you don't need to ever worry about missing an issue. It also means you are fully covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
    :j First mini munchkin due 05/04/2013 :j

I'e tried several times since this was first posted to purchase a subscription as a gift but I get as far as the subs coming up but then the site doesn't go anywhere. It's done the same when I go through Quidco or direct. Has anyone else had the same problem??

It definately works I phoned them to cancel my first sub and she oh ok the one with the free Tatty Teddy.

Can you let me have the phone number for them please? I can't seem to order online at all so I might aswell ring and do it or at least ask them why web site not working. Need to get this organised for birthday present at the end of June!! Thank you!
