Dear all,
I wanted to switch my mortgage from First direct to Natwest fixed rate. The application is accepted and now awaiting the day (1st july) when Natwest will carry out the transfer of the balance. Question is :
can i now say to natwest that i donot want to proceed further as i have found a better rate. What are my options? The mortgage has not really started yet with natwest.
Thank you
