I'm one of the saddo's ( so my husband thinks!!) who gets to the NEXT sale for 5am on the opening day, I have been following this thread and wondered if anyone knows if I can order stuff at the sale prices although I don't currently hold an account with NEXT?

When I signed into my account there was an option on the screen for new customers so I'd try that if I were you, although this may mean that you will be applying for an account so read the small print as this will mean a credit check, but if your ok with all that then go ahead and try it?

just finished ordering.... has to enter all the items 3 times as the shopping basket kept on crashing.... anyway all done now and received and confirmation email :beer: :j

btw, also noticed that if you login to you account first and then start adding your items, even if the shopping baskey crashes/suddenly disappears, just login again and all the itmes you had entered before should still be there....

Took the code for me but even though I requested an account it asked for card details. Entered card details but it's saying they are wrong. I'll just hope that the one thing I want is in the shop when I can get to one.

thanks to the original poster most of the stuff i have already bought has been reduced, luckily as the baby is not due for 3 weeks all the tags are still on so they will be going back for a refund,the refund i will get that has paid for lots of other clothes for my dd too

I ordered yesterday for delivery today. All of the in stock stuff (£150 worth) was dispatched, but the main parcel has gone missing between dispatch and the courier arriving at my house - I've only got three hanging items. I've reordered everything or a close substitute in the case of some of the kids pants and socks (surprised at the amount still in stock). I rang Next to advise them the parcel was missing as I didn't fancy paying twice but I guess the hope of it turning up for xmas is pretty slim and I still think my account will be a nightmare to sort out. The customer services rep did say there was a good chance I would receive either the original or the re-order tomorrow but I don't have much faith in that. What a pain as top of my 4 year old DD's letter to Santa was new knickers so I expect I'll have to go to Asda and get some more...
