You'd have to go around lots of corners to get from Old Trafford to Eastlands. Pretty much a whole city's worth......0 -
Just to spell it out in case people are thinking of, and go to, the wrong football ground:
Old Trafford is where Manchester United are based;
Eastlands/City of Manchester Stadium is where Manchester City play, and where Take That are playing.
Would hate them to have empty seats on view on their DVD because people are at the "other place"!0 -
To be honest it is so easy to go down to the pitch even with tickets for seats, I had seats for the sunderland show but theres so many ways to get to the pitch you can get down quite easy if you want, so you end up with standing tickets for a tenner, Great deal!!:rotfl:0

Picadilly station is a 5 min walk from the tram station and from there you get a tram to old trafford I think :-)
No, Old Trafford is the wrong stadium.. it's man city's stadium you need. Apparently there are free shuttle buses running from Piccadilly so you should be ok. If not, just follow the crowds
Also, for anyone who is interested, I got this email from Ticketline re when to pick the tickets up;
Dear ,
The box office to collect the tickets will be open for ticket collection between 12pm and 9pm, however we advise you get there before 9pm. As far as the gates opening, we were told it was 4pm, however on the tickets it sated 5pm, to check this you should contact the venue directly to check what time they are opening the gates.
Kind regards

Does anyone have 2 tickets they don't need for tomorrow night please? If so, could you send me a PM? Thanks!0

Eastlands (the stadium location for TT) is situated 20 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station. There is an easy marked walking route, and I understand buses are also running that route. I heard tannoy announcements specifically for the TT fans last weekend at Pic.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
