Barclays Loan

hi we both have good credit ratings, according to experian what ever you call it, we have never missed a payment on a loan or credit card, we have just over spent and struggling...having nothing much to live on at the end of pay day and we dont want to get another loan to pay off another debt.

my loan agreement did say £104.31 a month without the protection

they will decide it was misold policy i dont work so they shouldnt of given it to me. i have hopes that i am getting it back now.
