should i wave 1k less than the screen price in cash under the main dealers nose?
or does anyone have any othwer more subtle approaches.
Thanks.

Even if you eventually buy from a dealer direct, this will give you a good idea of the price they should be discounting to.0 -
i simply wouldnt buy any citroen , over complicated electronics , but if you must , may be a good idea to go to a local (main) car auction , avoid all normal part exchanges , and go for ex lease , or mobility lease cars , most are nearly new with comprehensive service historys . and quite a few have no more that a few thousand miles on them ( just run in , with teathing problems ironed out ) expect massive savings over new or garage price ,
forgot to add if you do end up with a lemon ( unlikely with such new cars ) as long as you do your homework and pay trade price ( best to go a few times ) you can put it back in and get most if not all your money back , andy0 -
Check out https://www.peachorlemon.com before you buy....especially French
Read all the guides if you must BUT remember they are only guides TRY ringing parkers to buy your px or sell you a car and see what they say!!!!
The important figure is the cost to change not garage A offering more for the px than garge B0
