Debt management

:confused:HELP or ADVICE appreciatedBANKS LOSING MONEY [/B]thru IVA,s. I heard on the Radio yesterday, Banking Spokeperson meeting with Debt advisors to get around the IVA schemes etc. She said with regard to Bank Loans to speak to the lender for help in first instance. Is this a way for the lenders to get of loosing money by IVA's. I have a crippling loan with the Coop, £25000 with their insurance scheme taking it ti £30,000, repayment £496 per month for 7 years. It was a short term option for few months, but things have not worked out. I went to Coop for help, told them situation andf they said they cannot do anything, not even extend the loan or renogiate it without protection insurance. My income has decreased, not a lot, but less than it was. The computer will not allow cancellation of original in order to issue new one. This seems to be contrary to what this lady said yesterday. HELP or ADVICE appreciated
