    Been waiting over 4 months for a gambling cashback to pay out. The estimated date for payment is actually today and what a shocker .. quidco can't investigate claims for this retailer.

    (and yes, i'm being facetious ..)

    If this casino site decide to reject my cashback anywhere down the line and quidco can't (or won't) investigate, i'd wager it's a case of simply "well, tough".

    Please don't worry. You don't need to raise a claim if your purchase is still tracking, only if it doesn't track or gets declined. Some Casino retailers have recently come off the site which means you unfortunately won't be able to raise claims for them in the meantime. We do hope to work with them again in future however.

    I am sorry to hear that your cashback has not been paid in the time frame that we originally expected. Unfortunately, due to the way the cashback industry works we are unable to pass the cashback on to our members until we receive it from the retailer, but do be assured that we will be chasing this up to try and get this confirmed as soon as possible. Please do be assured that we don't like to see our member's cashback being delayed (or declined) and we will always do all we can to obtain this from the retailer for you, but sometimes this does take a little longer than we would like. If you would like this to be looked into further for you, please do contact Quidco Support, and they will be happy to help.

    I appreciate your reply. The deal isn't tracking, it tracked months ago and i've been waiting ever since. It's now flagged as "Payment Delay".

    Does anyone know if compare the market counts as a cashback site?

    If I get a quote via Compare the Market for insurance and then take out the policy via Quidco, will the Quidco cashback be refused on the basis that a payment went to compare the market instead?

    C.T.M would count as an alternative marketing channel/source, the price you get quoted via comparison sites might not be the same as via a Cashback Site as the Insurers do often give different discounts/offers/promotions depending on which marketing channel is used.

    It is handy though to use comparison sites to get rough ideas of prices. best to try them all including moneysupermarket.com, my suggestion would be being as the quotes are going to be only used initially to compare prices against other marketing channels is to give a house number that is very close/similar to yours and ideally a different email address to that you would use for Quidco transactions, then once you have decided where to purchase from give your actual house number and main email address thus avoiding any possible conflict should you decide to purchase Insurance via Quidco.

    Many Cashbackers use the free version of Ccleaner prior to opening a browser to log into a Cashback site to purchase/transact etc

    I am very sorry to hear that your cashback is delayed, but unfortunately without specific details I can't give you an update on this. Can I ask you to get in touch with Quidco Support via this LINK and they will be able to look into this further for you.

    Please do be aware that when your cashback does get delayed, our payments team immediately begin chasing it up with the retailer to try and get it confirmed as soon as possible for you, because we don't like to see our members kept waiting for cashback. They will currently be doing all they can to get this cashback to you, and we will of course contact you as soon as we have an update for you.

    Please do get in touch with Quidco Support, as they will be able to look into this for you and give you a more specific update on your transcation.

    Hi @bristoleedsfan, I'm sorry to hear that the retailer you are interested in using isn't on Quidco at the moment. Some retailers do only choose to work with one cashback site at a time, and we do have lots of retailers who are exclusive to us on Quidco.

    We have over 4200 retailers on our site and we're adding more every day, so hopefully you should be able to find some that you want to earn cashback with.

    Apologies for any disappointment caused by this though.

    Hi @EmH,

    Compare the Market would be seen as another referrer, so if you made a quote through CtM this would not be cashback-eligible, even if you made the purchase through Quidco. You can get cashback for running quotes with some comparison sites, but this would only be paid on the quote, not on the insurance purchased (usually this is around £2).

    To be eligible for cashback on an insurance purchase, you would need to run a quote through Quidco and then go on to purchase this in one transaction. Cashback can't be awarded to saved quotes or quotes made through other sites, as Quidco won't be seen as the referrer of the sale.

    To explain a little further, cashback is a referral fee paid to us by the retailers for "referring" the sale on to them. If we're not seen as the referrer of the sale because it's been attributed to another site, we won't receive the cashback from the retailer and therefore would be unable to pass it on to our members.

    We would also recommend clearing your cookies before you make a purchase, especially if you have been shopping around beforehand. This reduces the likelihood that the referral fee will be paid to another source instead of Quidco.

    Well, thank you for your responses, telling me that it is being looked into, and that I should email 'support'. I have done this a few times since, like I said I had previously, as advised, and been told that it is being looked into. If my staff didn't resolve a customer query within 24 hours, they would be reprimanded unless there's a good valid reason, and I'd have no customers left.
    It's been over two months!! Unlike many people on here, who are querying where there cashback is - my whole account has been cleared from what I've been saving for two years!
    So, it looks like everyone could be wasting a lot of time chasing their claims, if after all that, Quidco just empty their account out, and never give them the cash anyway......
