Lets all be positive

Ok today is the start of a new start for me.

I am starting a new positive diary and ditching my old one (albeit a fairly new one) and looking to the future.

OK my aims firstly to do a SOA and snowball and get back on track and sort out my debts I am sitting with £4721.14 in debt owed to various places and am determined to pay a good chunk off by the end of the year.

I am going to get my house in order and do my very best to keep it that way I am going to get dd to pull her weight and help me a little by taking pots in the kitchen and putting rubbish in the bin :idea: (well that's the plan)

I am also going to get the following by the end of the year:

A new sofa (mine is had it)

Curtains for the living room so I can finally say it's all been decorated

Put dd's old cabin bed up which will give her more room and tidy her room up

• Pay all my bills on time

So here is to the new me and a more positive me. :j

just logged into my online banking a yayyyyyy CSA have finally got money out of my ex :j £1126.12 paid off my rent and council tax I am so happy I decided I would keep the extra £3.88 and buy myself a coffee and cake

Well had a productive day today tidied and cleaned my room, the upstairs bathroom, kitchen and living room (phew took most of the day). Just sitting having a coffee and a chill watching TV. Had a NSD so pleased with that too, didn't end up going for coffee or cake out of my change from the CSA money....aren't I a good girl :A. House looks tonnes better and I feel a lot better too well off to bake a banana loaf now hmmmm can't wait for it to be cooked.

congrats on getting the csa money, make sure you treat yourself to the coffee and cake sometime as we all deserve a little treat :A

Hi clippy I am going for a treat on saturday when I take dd and her friends to a play area and going to sit and have coffee and cake then lol.

It feel great to get up and have a mega tidy house looking good for a change. Off to work now and get those pennies rolling in

Got a £5 Morrisons voucher today from my petrol so that's been stashed ready for next Tuesday when I go shopping. I have then decided to put the extra £5 from my food money to my E.on bill. It's pay day on Wednesday so going to pay my monthly bills then and be all on target for my goals.

This is such a good idea. I end up leaving everything except washing up until the weekend then resent having to spend my weekend doing it! I'm going to aim for 15 mins a night organising, tidying and cleaning- OH can do 15 mins at the same time- we only have a one bed flat so no reason it shouldn't be spotless!

Well done all my jobs for the day and it only took me half an hour plus I made a caraway seed cake yum yum. The food police started at school about dd's lunch saying that she had funny looking cake (caraway seed cake) but she told them to not knock it til they tried it which one girl did and said it was lovely :rotfl: and she was going to ask her mum to make some.

I have been naughty today I took in to work which was very good but I had eaten it by 11.30 :mad: so I ended up going to Morisons and spending £6.00 on more food because I was starving still :eek: so had a very hungry day naughty me but not going to stress too much.

Have paid all my monthly bills so now going to start putting some money into my e.on debt and try and get that down
