    I got a dispatched email 2 days ago but the parcel hasn't been delivered yet. My son & partner also ordered on the same day and they haven't even had a dispatched email, their account says "released for dispatch".

    Email has bounced back as unknowen address.

    Have you got more than 1 account & logged in to the wrong one?
    I've got 2 & logged into the wrong one to start with.

    This thread reminded me to check and lo and behold my order has disappeared too and money has been taken. And no I only got one account. Have just e-mailed them too.

    Possibly you can opt for store pick up and that way save the delivery cost and get your £5 off? Just a thought I have not checked if there is any free store collection though! but as they say they have more shop nation wide. If some one is in the process of ordering, they can check this and let us know. Thank you

    not goin to purchase anything this time still waiting on orders from last one but the main page states that nxt day delivery is only 1.95 havnt tried it but worth noting
