It's tescos overcharge policy if they overcharge you they give you Double
The Difference, ie label says £10 you get charged £20, you go to customer services and get back double the amount if the overcharge, so £20 ( £10 overcharge doubled)

DTD - price comparison with Asda is now only RTD (refund the difference)
DTD - the in-store double the difference for an item scanning higher than it should still exists, at least in most stores as some stores seem to make up the rules as they go along
