Kenwood Prospero - What did you use yours for today?
Hello,
I have recently purchased a Kenwood Prospero.
I have only used it a handful of times, mainly for mixing cake ingredients.
I have yet to use the attachments including a citrus juicer/liquidiser and processor.
I wondered if there is a thread similar to the 'in my slow cooker today' but for a mixer/processor/liquidiser?
I am keen to use as much as I can (not only to justify to my partner that it wasnt a waste of money!) but I am lacking ideas.
Many thanks for any suggestions

Might this be the one? Food processor - what do you really use it for?
I can merge this later on
ZipA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

Hi curiouscrafter
I made mash today in mine - yum :j
I make a lot of soup and use the blender attachment for that - it makes nice smooth soups.
As there's just me I don't use the processor to make things for single meals - it would be too much faff for the small quantities needed. But I do chop/slice/grate batches of stuff to freeze so I can buy in bulk (cheaper) and not have any waste. It's good for dealing with a glut of homegrown stuff too.
Keep it and all its attachments handy and you'll find you use it a lot.
