Partition Manager 8.0 for £3-50

Another free software from computer shopper magazine.
In the feb issue comes a free software Partition Manager 8.0.
Anyone know if it is the full version, limited time or a demo?
As far as i know to create a partiton on a PC you boot it up with the floppy disc already inserted in the floppy drive.
Can you do the same now with using only a CD provided with this magazine?
On my PC i can create a partition if i insert a floppy before turning it on. Can't do this on my laptop because it does not have a floppy drive. Yes i know you can buy an external floppy drive. Just wondering if with partition manager 8.0 it allows you to create a partition using only the CD?
