Where it says 'Estimate Tax And Shipping' I selected 'United Kingdom' and 'all regions'. It then displayed a new box on the right-hand side that allowed me to click 'Free shipping'.

When I entered my address details, I made sure that 'Free shipping' was selected there too. It's taken the order, but whether they deliver or not we've yet to see! Let's just hope I don't lose any sleep over it! - Sue
