I've placed a order last monday, and and tried to contact them via email and phone, but I can't get thru to them
Cheers

I placed the order with them o Sunday night - 3rd
The staus stayed at 'processing' for a week.
I sent them a email via the online form, on Monday but haven't received a reply, but the status did change to 'waiting despatch' on Tuesday.
Just concerned with the delay and the lack of responce.
Have you order with them before? if not have you read about the redpass 'club' that you are automaticallyentered into? - at £20 pm0 -

Highly rated but a bit more expensive.
A guy at work brought one of these - they really are good quality, excellent picture:T0 -
Hi
The contents of the instruction booklet are no better than you would expect a school-leaver to produce, so it is almost useless. There are other hefty criticisms I could make but my main problem is that the slideshow facility doesn't work -thus photographs are static and don't move onto the next one every 5 seconds, or whatever.
Any ideas anyone, please?

Hi
I should have said that the photo frame, supplied to me, that lacks a slideshow facility and has a lousy instruction booklet is marketed by Linx.

Hi
Automatic slideshow facility on mine does not work (and this is the real point of having such a device). Instruction booklet is worse than useless (almost). Menus are primitive. Pictures are great
