Celebrity Chef Cookery Course or School

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good Cookery School run by either a Celebrity Chef or a Michelin Star restaurant, as it is my husbands 40th on Boxing Day and he loves cooking, so I thought he would like to watch the greats at work

I'd viewed those aswell and had also seen "Rick Stein, £1200 for 4 days" :eek:

I was wondering if anyone had attended any of these or any other good ones (preferably in the North of England)

OH and I had a cookery course with Hugh F-W from River Cottage - but this waas before it became famous, i'm not sure he runs them anymore. Well worth the £210 each price tag. BEST food i've ever eaten.

a family member did a rosemary sherger course ( it was on tv, but i think she ran none tv ones) and then he went on to work for rick stein and loved it.
