Northern Rock early settlement deals??

*posted in mortgage-free wanabe also by mistake :)*

Hello.

I have just had a call from BoS - they are saying that as I have a mortgage with NR, they may be able to offer me a mortgage as NR are offering early settlement deals?

Does anyone else have experience of this?? Sounds far too good to be true!

NRAM (Northern Rock Asset Management) are waivering ERCs. Northern Rock plc are not. So as long as you are with NRAM and are tied into a mortgage you can escape ERCs ...... unaware if they are offering any deals to customers not on a fixed deal!
