Poor Credit Car Loan
Having read all the crap stories about YES Loans, Wentworth finance etc, etc, are there any companies out there who will do a deal and are reasonably upfront and if for example say you can have £6k or £8k actually mean it Seems to me having a poor or even indifferent credit rating is a cash cow for some of these companies. And are there any companies you can deal with direct and not through brokers ?

Your best bet is your bank, credit union (not for 8k though) and somewhere like Zopa
If you credit history involves defaults and CCJs the the answer to your question is no."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
depends on how define poor? few missed payments from years ago? or current defaults or CCJS? If it is the latter, then expect to be refused. Lenders have completely tightened their belts.0
