i ordered on the 7th and my order arrived yesterday, problem is : i did not receive the brush and today the money has gone out and i was charge for this too, i mean it is £4 but i still want to know if this is what they do ? do they send the articles later on ? or refund afterwards?

No please no more body shop glitches i always intend to keep them as present but they mysteriosuly find their way into the shower

my delivery arrived today woohoo! 1 vit e body butter,1 coca body butter and body scrub for 12.50 cant wait for another glitch, i use the body butters daily but would not pay full price for 1.
