All my creditors have agreed to my DMP but I have noticed that Lloydstsb have not stopped the interest on the overdraft (which I am Overdrawn on!) I requested this in my first letter,Is there a template letter that I could send to repeat my request? Or should I just put in a claim for all past charges?

I'm with Lloyds & found thier actual debt recovery dept very helpful -unlike the rest of it lol - they were very firm but fair & stopped interest once I called- dont think I have that number now but if you have had a letter with a number printed in bold in the middle of the page! thats the one! it looks like one of thier 'normal' numbers but these peeps have training (or have been in debt?)I THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0

Thanks for that, I will phone and ask them what is happening. They did not reply to my offer of payment but cashed the cheque, noticed that more interest had been added to my account after I had requested (nicely) that they stop the interest. To be honest I have always fount them to be helpfull before. If anyone knows that phone number I would be very gratefull.Mutual Supporters club member (Nov 2006)

I have an OD with Lloyds as well as a loan. My OD interest was frozen as long as made min payment as agreed by CAB in addition to my loan payment. Two months ago missed my loan payment and they said OK as long as paid next month but then got charged interest on OD (more than twice as much as min payment against OD) Called collections to discuss when second interest charge was levied and told they wd not stop interest. Explained that this would put me over the limit and would incur further charges and never be able to pay off this debt at which the reply was OK we'll sort it for you.
Looking online found that last months interest has also been refunded :T
Looks like I have had no interest added to loan account wither since then so fingers crossed
GOOD LUCK!Orignal debt £31k 2005; reduced to just under £27k Sept 2008 New debt: Capital One Card £1000; mortgage arrears £1,252
Current Total Debt = £29k
Proud to be dealing with my debts!
