Terms of agreement
Inside 5 is an online panel that enables people to express their opinion for different subjects through surveys sent to Inside 5 members.
You must agree to the following terms and conditions when you register as a member for Inside 5.
As part of the Inside 5 registration process, we ask you some basic details regarding your gender, age, location, history and media habits etc.
You acknowledge and accept that these details will be stored by a market research & software firm called Cint (http://www.cint.com) and shared with Channel 5 & the market research company Nepa (http://www.nepa.se/eng/index.htm).
This information will be held by Cint and will be used for market research purposes; all data is treated as confidential and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You have chosen to receive surveys either from Channel 5, or from Channel 5 and other companies. Any information you provide within these surveys will be collected by the respective company and stored in its database and used for market research purposes. The information that you provide on surveys sent by external companies is anonymous and can never be linked back to you individually.
You will receive a reward for each successfully-completed survey. The size of the reward depends upon the length of the survey. This reward will always be in GBP. You will receive about 0.07 per minute the survey is estimated to be. Once you have accumulated 4 in your account, you will be able to decide whether you want to transfer it to a PayPal account or donate to one of our nominated charities which currently are Norwood and Cancer Research UK.
You may at any time request to leave Inside 5. Upon leaving, any rewards left in your reward account will be donated to charity.
Your membership may be revoked if you are inactive for more than 1 year or if you mistreat your membership (eg by providing inaccurate information in surveys more than 3 times. An example of providing inaccurate information would be answering a different gender in a survey than you did state when registering to Inside 5). In either of these situations any rewards left in your reward account will be donated to charity.
Please check back as these terms are subject to change.
These terms will be judged according to English laws and by a English court.
NB: be sure to check spam/junk mail folder, just in case.. when logged in, you change choose how often you get contacted..Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
